#1 Make A Business Plan

A few days ago I wrote up " 20 ways to be a Successful Real Estate Agent".
Over the next few days I will post ideas on how to get there.

#1 A Business Plan.

To start any business, one should have a business plan. Whether that be selling lemonade
on the corner block for your kids fundraiser, finding out where your next story is
for your news editor, looking to find that buyer for the next home sale, or
developing plans to build the biggest Skyscaper on earth; it doesn't matter what field of work one does, everyone needs a business plan. Business plans build the foundation of your business.

Look at it this way: Any builder knows if you do not have a good start to a foundation on a house,
it will start to crack. As more pressure is put on it, more damage is done. Eventually the foundation would crumble with the house  falling down.

Same concept with a business. If you have a good solid plan, it can take you far.
